Join us in telling Africa's creative future.
Umurage International Book & Art Festival 2026 invites media houses, broadcasters, newspapers, digital platforms, radio stations, television networks, magazines, and content creators to partner with us to bring the festival to audiences in Rwanda, Africa, and beyond.
From 28 September to 3 October 2026, Kigali will become a meeting place for writers, publishers, artists, educators, cultural leaders, technology innovators and creative professionals.
This year's theme, “The Future is Written: Human Voices, Intelligent Tools,” opens an important conversation about the future of storytelling in a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence and digital technologies.
We believe the media has a critical role to play in this conversation.
